Feels good to smash out another brutal workout or two with the crew before we say goodbye to another year and welcome in the new one.

It is with great sadness that we are saying goodbye to coach Joel this week.

With a bitter sweet turn of events Joel has been able to make one of his biggest dreams come true and secure an opportunity he has been working towards for some time.

No doubt we will all feel the loss of not having this legend around but I think I can speak for everyone when I say we’re absolutely stoked for you and excited for your new adventure.

Joel has been apart of Stronger for years now as a member and the last year as a coach. It has been our pleasure to have you on the team and all of our members have benefitted from your passion and dedication to helping everyone improve.

Wishing you all the best in the new venture, and it goes without saying we looking forward to seeing you for a session when you’re around and the doors are always open.

We pay our respects today for those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice to give us what we have today.
We remember them by suffering together with a smile through a tough workout as a token of our appreciation.
They lived through the toughest of times so that we can live easy and we will remember that sacrifice.

Triple gold!!! Today was a massive win for Stronger! Two of our legend members competed in a local powerlifting comp and brought home gold. Then at the same time another two placed first in their CrossFit comp.

We are very proud of their efforts across the board. These four are extremely dedicated human beings and it has shown big time today.

New Class Alert!

With the CrossFit open coming to an end we have two exciting changes to announce.

Starting immediately, our Monday ‘Fitter’ class will change to our ‘Hybrid’ class.

What does that mean?

On Mondays, you will now have another opportunity to lift weights and build muscle whilst still hitting some cardio.

Pretty sweet right?!

This is apart of our approach to always be designing our programming to the needs of the members in our gym. And we can’t wait to see the results you will be awarded this year with an added weights session.

Our second change, also starting immediately…

9am classes are now everyday!

Many of you have asked for it and we’re stoked to be bringing these added timeslots to our members.

Congratulations once again to all of our members, you truly killed it over the last 3 weeks and the progress speaks for itself.

This is going to be another big year team!

Stronger Christmas party 🎉

Save the date 17th December, all members and family invited.

We are organising 3 awesome activities for the day and you can pick and choose which you can make it to.

Those coming to class at 7.30am, we will hit the annual 12 Bar of Christmas workout. 🏋🏽‍♂️

We then start the festivities at 11:30 at an awesome establishment one of our old members is about to open, The Forge Axe Throwing! 🪓

After throwing axes for an hour or so we will all head up to The tree tops adventure for a 1:30pm start 🧗‍♂️🌲

Once we’re all wrecked from acting like kids climbing in trees, we will all meet at the coaches place for an early dinner of brisket, Flame woodfire pizza and drinks at 4:30pm. 🥩 🍕 🍹

Axe throwing is $40/head, tree tops is $50/head and dinner is on us.
To book your spot so we know we can secure spots at each activity, we have made each event a ‘class’ on the wodify app. Please go there to book in & pay. If you have never used the app please contact us directly and we can book you in on our end.

We can’t wait to have you all together to send off this year with an epic day 🥳

This weekend in one word; grateful!

We are honestly beside ourselves after watching so many of our members last year of training come to fruition.

Everyone gave their heart & soul and left it all out there. Of so many inspiring efforts, what impressed us the most was how all of 9 teams worked together as one unit.

Even though we already had 36 members competing, our other members have given nonstop support during each session and on the big day, coming out to cheer us on.

We are truly the lucky ones to be surrounded by these legends.

This will definitely go down as a defining moment for our gym.

We are truly blessed to be surrounded by such epic people who are always looking to push themselves and find out what they’re made of.

We all enjoyed the ultimate recharge session yesterday with the legends .centre.holistic.health

We’re all about ice and sauna for improving health and the boys at the Life Centre really know how to guide you through this experience.

Keep your eyes peeled because there is lots more of this to come.
