Recent research from the University of Ottawa has revealed that just seven consecutive days of cold-water immersion can fundamentally change your cellular biology, with dramatic potential benefits for longevity, disease prevention, and metabolic optimisation.

Participants immersed in 14 °C water for 1 hour each day for 7 days.

Blood samples before and after revealed a powerful shift in cellular activity.
