Our Services:

WorkforceXS Nowra and Wollongong is Southern NSW’s most trusted Health and Aged Care Agency supplying local staff to Healthcare Facilities across ACT and NSW since 2014.

We are proud of our excellent service history of permanent placement and casual temporary staffing arrangements.

Casual Staff:

Our service operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so we can respond quickly to staffing requests across NSW and ACT. WorkforceXS is able to cover short notice shifts, we will often have staff onsite at a facility within 60 minutes of the request being placed. Furthermore we strive for 95% fill rate of all shifts.

Our recruitment criteria is second to none. We ensure that all employees have undergone rigorous screening processes in order to be placed on site at a Facility or Hospital. This includes their having met a 12 month minimum work history prior to placement.

Permanent Placements:

For facility managers and directors of nursing requiring a more comprehensive permanent recruitment solution we offer full time or ongoing placement agreements which are tailored to meet the needs of any facility or hospital. Our expansive network and industry expertise means that we are able to source and screen highly skilled, top quality candidates for any job role. Our permanent placement services range from simple database searching to a comprehensive advertising, interviewing, shortlisting process with placement guarantees included.
