Hi, I’m Natalie — founder of Life Force Studio and a mum of three.
I was born and raised in the beautiful surrounds of Jervis Bay, and after years spent working and exploring new parts of Australia, I found my way back home in 2020.
I’ve spent over a decade in the fitness and wellness space — starting out as a personal trainer and later managing and opening several gyms across the region. But it wasn’t until I returned to Jervis Bay to raise my family — and to support my brother through his heartbreaking battle with brain cancer — that everything shifted.
That time changed me. Amidst the grief, uncertainty, and emotional weight, movement became my anchor. Pilates and yoga weren’t just forms of exercise — they became my way of coping, of finding stillness in the chaos, and reconnecting with my body and breath in the most meaningful way.
Since then, I’ve trained extensively in both mat and reformer Pilates, and completed over 400 hours of yoga teacher training across vinyasa, yin, and yoga nidra. This journey has deeply shaped how I teach — with a focus on nervous system support, emotional regulation, and long-term wellbeing.
I created Life Force with a clear intention: to offer a space where movement feels personal, purposeful, and aligned. Our class sizes are kept small so that instructors can truly meet you where you’re at — offering guidance grounded in the core principles of Pilates: control, breath, precision, and flow.
I believe it’s not just about how often you move — it’s about moving with awareness, care, and connection.
