🌿 Join Brigid for Vinyasa Yoga starting October 16th!
Move with your breath in a flowing, mindful practice that strengthens the body, increases flexibility, and cultivates presence and mental clarity. By synchronizing breath and movement, you can release tension, calm the nervous system, and deepen the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in yoga philosophy, Vinyasa encourages awareness both on and off the mat.
Each class includes options to soften or build challenge, suitable for all levels. Stay for Yin Yoga at 6:30pm to gently stretch, restore, and relax after your flow.
