We were recently asked to help a patient with a complex foot deformity and a high risk of skin breakdown — where regular shoes were no longer safe or comfortable.

This made-to-order NIMCO shoe was created to gently support their changing foot shape, reduce pressure, and protect their skin so they can stay mobile and independent.

These are the moments that remind us why custom work matters — because the right shoe can truly change someone’s day, and their confidence to keep moving.

Right now, we’re 3D printing a highly detailed foot model — not just because it looks impressive, but because it helps us create truly personalised footwear.

Every curve, every contour, every unique detail helps us better understand how someone’s foot works, where they need support, and how we can make their shoe more comfortable.

This model becomes the template for a custom-made shoe designed around the person, not a standard size.

Holiday at home this year 🌿
Spent some time soaking up the beauty of our own backyard — Currarong, Pretty Beach, and a hike out to Pebbly Beach.

So lucky to live and work in such an incredible part of the world. Fresh air, moving the body, and a reminder of why keeping people on their feet matters.
