I had the pleasure of chatting and exchanging information with Dolores Cannon, a regressive hypnotist I knew little about, who passed away in 2014...I was meditating and she appeared. That afternoon, I had published a piece of her writing...And yes, she's already in full swing...to continue helping people ascend, this is my message for all of you...naturally, my conversation with her remains private for the rest of the time...this is the text of what I published that afternoon...

In 1968, this hypnotherapist accidentally broke the matrix.
She discovered that reality is in the mind:
she hypnotized over 45,000 people, and they all said the same thing.
What she discovered will test everything you know about life.
She didn't start out as a researcher.
She was a Navy wife in Arkansas
A housewife with four children
Living a simple, down-to-earth life.
But one session in 1968 changed everything. She was asked to hypnotize a woman with anxiety.
What happened next... no textbook could explain.
The woman couldn't remember her childhood memories.
She began describing... other lives in detail, such as:

A life in 1923
Then 1850
Then Ancient Egypt
She gave names, places, accents
All *verifiable*
Dolores thought it was imagination
Until she checked everything
And it was *real*

That session turned into a lifelong obsession
Dolores spent decades interviewing the unconscious mind.
He called it:
"The subconscious"—not the Freudian one
But a universal field
A place where all souls are connected
And all knowledge exists
He found a MATRIX of minds

• Suffering is a choice
• You can heal your body with your mind

By the 2000s, Dolores had hypnotized 45,000
The most shocking part?
They all described:
• An imminent shift in human consciousness
• A "new Earth" where fear will no longer exist
• And a mass awakening
She said:
"You are not a body with a soul
You are a soul with a body."

People described the same events:
• A global systems failure
• Nature fighting back
• A mass spiritual awakening

Critics said it was suggestibility or spiritual fantasy.
But neuroscientists found something strange:
Under deep hypnosis, brain waves enter the Theta state.

C’è qualcosa nei papaveri che non si lascia afferrare.
Fioriscono all’improvviso, come un’emozione che non hai più saputo reprimere.
Vivono poco, ma nella loro breve danza accesa dicono tutto:
“Guarda. Senti. Ricorda chi sei.”

I papaveri non chiedono il permesso.
Crescono anche dove la terra è stata ferita.
Li trovi sui bordi delle strade, nei campi abbandonati,
tra le crepe del silenzio umano.
Sono il sangue della terra che si fa fiore.

🌺 Il rosso del papavero non è un rosso qualsiasi.
È il rosso della memoria, del sacrificio, del fuoco sacro.
In molte tradizioni è associato ai caduti, ma non solo a quelli delle guerre visibili:
