I run a boutique studio which nestles comfortably in my beautiful and serene back garden. I have taught for 25 years and practiced yoga for over 35 years. I have studied and learnt much over these years. These days my teaching is more intuitive and I rely more on a deeper inner wisdom that arises after so many years. . . My classes are about making deeper and more meaningful connection with yourself and life. Classes have a balance between action, stillness and the teachings of yoga. Feel free to come and join me and see if I am the right teacher you are looking for.
