Greetings from Dubai . This time here hasn’t been quite what I thought it was going to be like 😜One of the things that has been re-enforced is that when all around you is tense you have to stay focused but calm …. Not get attached to the drama. Go slowly and calmly. One of the best things to do is yoga… keeping your mind still and your body supple . Danby Lane will be closed from 5am Saturday 22nd November.....Entrance and exit will be by the Sandgate Rd Slip road.There is still parking in Danby Lane but we would advise you to park at Woolworths or even easier and perhaps better at the Toombul bus interchange car park...much easier!!!...see you tomorrow xo

Feeling stressed? Yoga. Tight back? Yoga. Existential crisis at 3 AM? …probably still yoga. 🧘‍♀️Okay, maybe yoga won’t fix all your problems, but it sure gives you the clarity (and calm) to handle them differently.

We love ourselves some studio etiquette ♥️ no talking during yoga class, please arrive at least five minutes before class starts, leave your smart phone and watch in the lockers, no perfumes, and stagger your mats so everyone can correct their form in the mirror :) See you on the mat!
