Let food be the medicine…What a great saying by Hippocrates.
But do we ever try to incorporate good food and diet regime in our daily routine.
That’s an Ayurvedic Doctor’s routine job to explain to their patients that if you eat according to your Dosha and Prakriti type ,you don’t need to take medicines.

We Are A Reflection Of Nature – Circadian Rhythms

We live our lives according to the same principles as everything in nature – completely intertwined with the cycles and rhythms of our natural world.

Nature inspires and teaches us if we care to be aware of ourselves and our environment.

Look around you, and you will find connection and insight. Notice how your moods can shift from one to another, just as the sky shifts from bright clear blue to looking turbulent and brooding. Your constantly changing thoughts are like clouds, appearing, changing shape, passing through, and then disappearing without a trace. Rain cleanses the sky and ground, just as an emotional release cleanses and grounds your mind.

When you sync your personal lifestyle patterns with circadian rhythms you can reverse engineer your habits. Reverse engineering your daily lifestyle leads to a healthier body and a better aging experience.

It is so important for us to pay attention to our cycles so that we can see how these bio rhythms influence who we are. If we are in alignment with the rhythms, then we experience life more deeply and with attunement. If we ignore them, we are out of step.

So much of health is living in rhythm.

Let’s get back to our roots and promote this ancient medicine system.

Let’s get back to our roots and promote this ancient medicine system.

Ayurveda is the 'Science of Life' - the most ancient of recognised medical systems in the world, evolving from India about 5,000 years ago - dating back to the Vedic era and recorded in Sanskrit.

The fundamental lifestyle principles of Ayurveda are ageless and cover many topics including: internal medicine, surgery gynaecology, paediatrics, psychiatry, toxicology, astrology, geriatrics, rejuvenation, fertility, yoga, lifestyle and diet and so much more...

According to Charaka

…”A person who follows healthy diet and lifestyle, makes his decisions based on logical considerations, who is not inclined towards materialistic things, having a balanced mindset, truthful, forgiving and looks after his mentors and follows their advice, stays free from illness.”
