Great advice because she now sees me in clinic. And nothing makes me want results more for my client than a complete lack of “listening skills”.

43 year old woman prescribed beta blockers so she can have schmex comfortably. 😅

I vote this poor woman has low progesterone because she isn’t ovulating because she has a high stress job and is completely riddled with high cortisol. She is so overwhelmed, snappy, cranky and bloated.

Let’s get this beautiful human some ovulation support and progesterone support 💦 and let the rest do the work. Add a few aphrodisiacs in the mix too.

Me: no!

My Why:

She’s been a fun few days in clinic. The whole team has been buzzing, we’ve had some ho**ey tonk country music playing to get in the “Christmas spirit” sans Mariah Carey 🤣 we’ve laughed, danced, packed orders, eaten all the gingerbread choccies we had for our clients, we’ve had the whole team on board. Jet lagged, footloose and fancy free. 3 more clinic days for us for the year and I’m off for the Christmas with the kids…… I actually love our little wellness haven!
