Today.. On my day off..
I chose to rest, reconnect and bring balance back into my world..

Should have and could have been doing mundane chores and studies!
But….
Instead I chose to do activities that made my heart sing 💕

For me, that was cleaning my tack shed, oiling my saddle, spending time out in the sunshine and basking in the beautiful energy of my horses 🙌

Let’s add a little Solar Storm to the equation of October’s Energy 🤪

Solar storms affect the Earth’s Magnetic Field.

This can cause technological disturbances to things like satellites, power grids, gps systems, cell phone services, wifi, and the radio!

It can also impact our own energy, causing out of the ordinary emotions and experiences.

A few tips for navigating this energy shift:
Awareness-this may help you to identify changes in your energy and emotions, allowing you to respond accordingly.. Rest if your body needs it.. Stay hydrated.. Keep yourself grounded.. Spend time outdoors.. Limit screen time..
