Bushgardens Zen

Bushgardens Zen Outdoor seated meditation on the first and third Sundays of the month. We sit in the Barossa Bushgardens for 1 hour, with a short interval of walking.

Public toilets are available. Bring a chair, hat & water. Meet at the Old Gum Tree at 9 00 am.

Hello everybody, we have our last meeting for the year on December 21st, so it is a summer solstice sitting. The weather will be cooler and if there is rain we will stay close to shelter. Meet at 9 30 am at the Old Gum Tree, with hat and water bottle. Bring a chair if you have one, or use a Bushgardens seat. Best wishes, Imelda
