Just a friendly reminder that when you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you.

🚩 Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
🚩Same day cancellations or no-shows will require full payment of the appointment fee.

I completely understand emergencies and unexpected things happen.

But as a one woman show with limited spots, last-minute cancellations often leave appointment times unable to be filled and directly impact me.
