Leading Hand- Building Maintenance and minor building/renovation works.
We are looking for a leading hand with practical experience in commercial and residential building maintenance. EMSO Maintenance is a small family owned company that provides building maintenance services to local government, strata companies and domestic works in the Perth metro area (predominately SOR). You will be required to work as part of a team as well as on your own, providing quality workmanship and a high level of customer service. You will be highly motivated, with an eye for detail and be able to complete paperwork accurately, including detailing hours, materials, description of works and completion of SWMS and JSA’s. You will also need to be able to demonstrate previous industry experience in a similar role.
We will provide the successful applicant with a company vehicle (commute only), tools, uniform and PPE to carry out the duties whilst in this position.

Minimum 5 Years industry experience

White card (construction industry)

Police clearance

Manual drivers license

Working at heights

First aid

Desirable;

Trade qualification

Building practitioner registration

High Risk licence (EWP)
