Mutual therapy! In times of social distancing comfort and therapy can come in lots of forms, hugs from animals, hugs from trees, smiling at a stranger, the sweet smell of a flower 🌸, that 5 minutes stretching and or meditation you’ve been promising yourself! I have delighted in these so much more lately and for that today I am thankful 🙏
