Well HELLO !!
Touching base to let you know I’m back from extended time off , recuperating from unexpected hip surgery 🙁
I’ve restarted ( slowly ) doing classes at Focus Fitness ( 51 Rockingham Road Hamilton Hill ) a couple weeks ago and happy to be on my feet 🙌🏻
I’m there for quite a few classes , especially in the next week , so if you too have been laying low , be like me and get started again!
