This one means a lot to me 🙏🩵

Supporting people with more complex and longer-standing issues is a part of this work I care deeply about. When treatment helps someone feel more functional, more comfortable, and more able to return to daily life and the things they love, that is always incredibly meaningful.

Very grateful for the trust, and for words like these.

Sea of Ease opens in two days 🤍

This Friday, 17 April, I’ll be opening the doors for my first clinic day at Blueback Freediving & Yoga.

It has been such a fun, full, slightly chaotic, very exciting journey bringing Sea of Ease to life, and I’m feeling so grateful for all the support, encouragement, and kindness I’ve received along the way.

I chose this date because it is also my mum’s 70th birthday, which makes the opening feel even more special.

Opening day is almost fully booked, with just one 30 minute appointment left.

If your body needs a little focused care before the weekend, bookings are available online.

Feeling very excited and very thankful 🥹🤗

Before and after ✨
Sea of Ease treatment room 💆‍♀️🐚

I’m really happy with how this space has come together. Lots of plants, warm light, beautiful wood, and a calm peaceful feel from the moment you walk in.

I put a lot of thought into making it feel comfortable, welcoming, and grounding for my clients, and I’m so excited to welcome you here soon 🤗

Reviews like this mean a lot 🥳

Shoulder pain can quietly affect so much, from sleep to training to just getting through the day comfortably. So it’s always lovely to hear when someone leaves feeling easier, lighter, and more like themselves again.

I’m so grateful for every kind word, every bit of trust, and every person who chooses to come and see me.

No two bodies need exactly the same treatment, so no two sessions should feel exactly the same either.

I start by looking at what may be driving the pain or tension, then shape the session around what your body needs most on the day. That might mean deeper focused work, a gentler approach, or something in between.

The goal is not just to help you feel better in the moment, but to create real change that lasts.

This is the heart of Sea of Ease 🩵

Final round for Freediver Foundations starts in May.

A practical 4 part program to build breath control, mobility, and body awareness, with tools you can take into your freediving and keep practicing beyond the course.

This is the third round, and it’s been refined a lot each time. I’m really happy with how this program has evolved. The structure is simple, with space to practice, reflect, and build week by week.

This round runs on Friday evenings from 5:30pm, so it may be a little easier to fit around work and life.

We’ll be at .freediving.yoga again, my favorite studio, in a warm and supportive space to learn together.

🗓️ 8, 15, 22, 29 May
5:30–8pm each day

🕊️ Early bird available for one more week

More info and bookings through the link in my bio, or feel free to message me 🤗

Sea of Ease bookings are now open 💆‍♀️✨
Clinical remedial massage in O’Connor from 17 April.

My work is assessment led, anatomy based, and focused on understanding why something hurts, not just where.

Treatments available include remedial massage, dry needling, pregnancy massage, and lymphatic drainage.

I’m also very grateful to be beginning this next chapter from the beautiful space at Blueback Freediving & Yoga and I really appreciate their support in making this possible.

Availability is limited, with only a few appointments available each week.

A little introduction to what remedial massage is and how I approach it at Sea of Ease 🌊💆‍♀️

It is a more targeted, assessment led treatment that looks at why something hurts, feels tight, or is not moving well, not just where it hurts.

A little stool revival project for Sea of Ease 🏝️

This old stool still worked perfectly well, so instead of replacing it, I gave it a softer new layer.

I really value reusing, repairing, and making the most of what I already have rather than buying new things straight away. It feels gentler on the planet and more meaningful too.

Now she’s looking fresh, feeling extra squishy, and ready for the clinic 🙆‍♀️
