Stoked to be a sponsor again for the Freo Ocean Classic on Saturday! It’s a great event run by and conditions were delightful this year.
In the spirit of having a crack, Ben (who hasn’t swum any serious distance for about 10 years) swam the 500m race, proceeding to get beaten by a bunch of 13 year olds…his son Milo put in a great effort in the kids’ run-swim 🏊‍♂️
Thanks again to the club for putting on such a great event 👏

Pot luck lunch! Celebrating Marcus’ offbeat culinary approach with an appropriately odd lunch send off! You may spy ‘delicacies’ including:
- pink macaroni cheese
- steak and lychee nigiri
- pulled pork with rocky road
- a cabbage

So good to celebrate a big 2025 with this amazing group of people! Everyone here puts so much care and effort into what they do, and it creates the most welcoming and positive work environment. So fortunate to have you all at Stack - thank you for everything this year team ❤️

As always, the Stack Awards were handed out, and no-one was safe!!

Massive November for Simon! This year we’ve watched Si train 15 times a week, dial in his equipment and eat enough lunch to fuel a construction site - so he could compete against the best in the world at the Ironman 70.3 World Championship held in Marbella, Spain last month.

In a super hilly and challenging course Si punched out another great race. Must have been the Stack logo on the sweet tri suit 👀 . You’ll also spot Richard, Si’s dad, who also competed! 👏

And let’s not overshadow the little matter of dropping the knee and proposing to his now fiancée, Julia, just a couple of days earlier!!

Huge congrats Si! On to the next…which just happens to be Busso Half this weekend 😂 🏊‍♂️

Welcoming Ali Lim to the Stack Physio team! 👏
Ali joins us with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Notre Dame and over nine years’ experience as a remedial and sports massage therapist. She’s worked with athletes of all levels, developing a deep understanding of injury prevention, recovery, and performance.

Outside the clinic, Ali has twice represented Australia in Ultimate Frisbee 🥏, bringing home gold and bronze at international championships. She now engages in a multidisciplinary movement practice (Ido Portal movement method) combining strength, mobility, and coordination.

Ali’s approach focuses on empowering clients through hands-on care, self-management, and evidence-based rehab. She’s got special interests in women’s health and recovery, neck and back pain, headaches, and nervous system regulation.

We’re stoked to have Ali on board! 🙌

How’s this for exceptional…no stranger to physical feats, Nicola recently completed the Munda Biddi Trail solo! Over 8 days Nicola rode through the night, battled tiger snakes, warded off trenchfoot and found some beautiful parts of our south west. Incredible effort Nic! 👏 🚴‍♀️

Incredible effort by our physio Marcus a few weeks back, punching through tough conditions to complete his first solo Rottnest swim! After starting last year, only for the race to be abandoned mid-race, Marcus did the hard yards in training again and sealed the deal this year, crossing in 7h30m. Congrats on a mammoth achievement Marcus! 🏊‍♂️ 🙌

Massive effort by our own in the recent Busselton 70.3 (Half Ironman), finishing with a PB of 4:27:00, 6th in his age group, and qualifying for World Championship in Spain next year! Huuuge!! 🏊‍♂️ 🚴‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️
