Treatment room available for rent for an Allied Health practitioner to work alongside physiotherapists at Oak Flats Physiotherapy and Pelvic Health.

Ideally would suit massage therapist, nutritionist, dietician, naturopath etc.

Rent includes use of reception area, kitchen and bathroom.

Room size is 2.9m x 2.1m.

$120 per day, $350 per week.

Some of our favourite stretches throughout pregnancy, especially for birth preparation. These should not cause pain, so if you are unsure or are experiencing pelvic girdle pain, please seek advice from ourselves or your local pelvic health Physiotherapist. These are also great for general pelvic pain. Enjoy x

🧘 We have some exciting news….. we have a reformer!!!! Woohooo!!!! 🧘

So some of you may not know what this piece of equipment is??? But it’s a Pilates reformer!

Mel and Emily both love reformer Pilates and believe it is a beautiful piece of equipment to help you strengthen important muscles that many of you need for your pelvic health symptoms!

Many of you tell us you would like to return to or start reformer Pilates so it’s a great tool for us to use to make sure you are ready and teach you how to use the equipment correctly.

We are super excited for our new toy!!!!

Oak Flats Physio is excited to announce we are now stockists of Archie’s thongs and slides!

If you love a pair of slides or thongs in the summer months, these are for you! Like the name suggests, this footwear has built is arch support- so not only do they look great… they are great for your feet and your whole body!

We have a range of colours and sizes for both men and women including black, tan, taupe, khaki, pink, grey and mint green in both slides and thongs.

RRP for slides is $60 and thongs $40.

Today marks World Menopause Day 🌸🌸

It’s a time that every woman will go through….. the same as every girl will go through puberty!
But often there is stigma and shame associated with menopause as we age.

Where has the year gone? This year marks one year since Emily joined me at Oak Flats Physio.

Emily treats all pelvic health conditions and general musculoskeletal concerns and is now in the clinic 3 days a week.
