📖 New cancellation policy 📖

We have decided to change our cancellation policy from 24 to 48 hours. This will give us more time to contact patients on our long waitlist to try and fill these spots.

Patients receive a reminder email and a text 5 and 3 days ahead of their appointment which gives ample time to contact us to cancel should you need to.

We understand life can sometimes throw things at us un expectantly and we are lenient; however if you know you have conflicting appointments, work schedules or are going to be away… please give us more than 48 hours notice.

As a small business with huge overheads and forever rising costs, we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Happy New Year 🥰

Hope you all had a lovely New Year’s Eve and are enjoying the first day of 2026. Its a gloomy start to 2026, but I hope you all get out and enjoy some fresh air and dust off the celebrations from last night.

Looking forward to bringing some calm to 2026.

What are your health goals for this year?

I plan to try to incorporate some meditation and mindfulness into my hectic days to try to calm my nervous system and increase my strength training as we all know how important that is as we age.

Treatment room available for rent for an Allied Health practitioner to work alongside physiotherapists at Oak Flats Physiotherapy and Pelvic Health.

Ideally would suit massage therapist, nutritionist, dietician, naturopath etc.

Rent includes use of reception area, kitchen and bathroom.

Room size is 2.9m x 2.1m.

$120 per day, $350 per week.

Some of our favourite stretches throughout pregnancy, especially for birth preparation. These should not cause pain, so if you are unsure or are experiencing pelvic girdle pain, please seek advice from ourselves or your local pelvic health Physiotherapist. These are also great for general pelvic pain. Enjoy x

🧘 We have some exciting news….. we have a reformer!!!! Woohooo!!!! 🧘

So some of you may not know what this piece of equipment is??? But it’s a Pilates reformer!

Mel and Emily both love reformer Pilates and believe it is a beautiful piece of equipment to help you strengthen important muscles that many of you need for your pelvic health symptoms!

Many of you tell us you would like to return to or start reformer Pilates so it’s a great tool for us to use to make sure you are ready and teach you how to use the equipment correctly.

We are super excited for our new toy!!!!

If you love a pair of slides or thongs in the summer months, these are for you! Like the name suggests, this footwear has built is arch support- so not only do they look great… they are great for your feet and your whole body!

We have a range of colours and sizes for both men and women including black, tan, taupe, khaki, pink, grey and mint green in both slides and thongs.
