Our residents and staff at Stirling and Warrigal Goulburn joined for special ANZAC Day services, commemorating the men and women who served during the war.

Joined by local RSL veterans at Warrigal Stirling, and members from the Rocky Hill War Memorial and Museum at Warrigal Goulburn, these meaningful services offered a shared moment of reflection, paying tribute to the ANZACs. ❤️

It was a night of dancing, lots of fun and building the special sense of community at Multicultural Village! 🤠

Recently, residents, staff and families came together for a fantastic country-themed social night. Rocking their western-themed outfits, and with fabulous live music by the Doin Time band, everyone got into the spirit and danced the night away! Setting the scene were the excellent decorations including hay bales and a barn backdrop, adding to the occasion. 🎶

This was a lovely night and everyone’s smiles certainly say it all - our residents didn’t want it to end! 💛

Una turned 100! 🎉

On Friday, Una joined with fellow Albion Park Rail residents, staff and her family for a lovely celebration to mark her 100th birthday.

During this special event, Una shared her words of wisdom and was gifted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers from residents and staff at the home. Adding to the afternoon was some Elvis as requested by Una! 🎶

Over her life, Una has shared her story, including her time serving in the Royal Australian Airforce during World War 2, through various autobiographies and novels, her first novel still in schools today!

Happy Birthday Una, we hope you had an amazing day. 💜

Our Calwell residents recently took a trip down memory lane! 🚂

Our residents enjoyed a steam train ride to Bungendore, and what a perfect day it was for taking in the lovely scenery! Enjoying morning tea together, everyone had a great time on this day trip that brought back many memories. ☀️

From Easter baking to cupcake decorating and days filled with hot cross buns, our members had a wonderful time surrounded by great company, continuing to build meaningful friendships with each other. 🧁

Wedding bells were ringing at Coniston as our residents recently joined for the wedding of the year! 💍

The home hosted the wedding of Fifi and Oscar, the home’s therapy dogs, and what a fabulous celebration it was!

Complete with a wedding certificate and all, the festivities consisted of an exchange of collars, bouquet toss, a champagne toast for our residents, cake cutting, live music and karaoke - and what better song for Fifi and Oscar’s first dance than ‘Who Let the Dogs Out’? 🐶

The event certainly filled the home with a joyful atmosphere and was a morning of laughter and big smiles.

Our residents at Albion Park Rail, Warrigal Queanbeyan and Warrigal Bundanoon marked Easter with a range of activities! 🐣

Wonderful live musical entertainment - calling for some dancing, and Easter egg giving filled Warrigal Albion Park Rail this Easter. Wearing their themed accessories, over at Warrigal Queanbeyan our residents enjoyed an exciting Easter egg hunt, and on Good Friday, our Warrigal Bundanoon residents joined together to take part in a meaningful service to mark the occasion.
