Our Story
Fiona Hoptman is a qualified and experienced Clinical Herbalist and Nutritionist offering natural health services on the South Coast of NSW. Fiona owns and operates Equanimity Enterprises in two locations, Gerringong and Albion Park Rail.
After gaining qualifications in Nutrition and Herbal Medicine over 10 years ago, Fiona went on to continue further studies in Herbal Medicine during 2017 to successfully receive a Bachelor of Health Science, in the modality of Herbal Medicine. Fiona strives to keep up with modern day health care principles and researching the benefits of herbal and nutritional medicine to benefit her clients.
Equanimity Natural Health works with a range of allied services in the health industry to provide integrative care to clients. Ongoing collaboration with local health professionals offers a community service at a high standard, which forms part of Equanimity’s goal for locals to gain the best health services across the Illawarra and the Shoalhaven.
Fiona is also very passionate about sharing natural health knowledge and services for the benefit of the local community and aims to deliver quality workshops and information evenings on relevant health topics.
