Last week, our community gathered to honour someone truly special.
After five years of dedicated service, our Area Manager and longtime Funeral Director, Mark, retired last Friday.
Mark has been a steady, compassionate presence for countless families in their most difficult moments. His calming guidance in the arranging room, his professionalism on service days, and his genuine care for every family he supported have left a lasting imprint on our community.
Whether he was helping a grieving family navigate their options with patience and dignity, mentoring new directors with gentle leadership, or quietly stepping in to ensure every detail of a service was just right - Mark always led with heart.
His kindness, integrity, and unwavering respect for those in his care have made a real difference, both to our team and to the families we serve.
Please join us in wishing Mark all the very best as he begins this next chapter.
