A lot of “random” aches aren’t random at all! They often come from how we move (or don’t move) during the day.
Long stretches of sitting, scrolling, driving or standing still can leave muscles feeling tight and irritated. The body tends to like variety, and even small movement breaks can help ease stiffness and keep things feeling more comfortable.
A few gentle ideas that don’t require exercise clothes or a gym:
• rolling the shoulders or gently turning the neck
• standing up and stretching the calves or hips
• opening and closing the hands after long phone or keyboard use
• walking for a minute or two, even just around the room (or to go annoy one of your colleagues 🫣)
We are not saying you have to do a full workout each time, but small, regular movements often make the biggest difference by the end of the day 🚶♂️
