Meet Taylah Harrison – Registered Osteopath and Clinical Pilates Instructor
We’re excited to welcome Taylah Harrison to the Osteo team!
With a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) and extended training in clinical pilates, Taylah is passionate about helping people understand their bodies, tackle the root cause of pain, and move with confidence again.
Whether you’re dealing with neck pain or headaches, ongoing back pain, postural discomfort, or sports injuries, Taylah delivers personalised, evidence-based care tailored to your goals — not just your symptoms.
Taylah has a strong background in movement, sport, and rehabilitation, and loves working with patients who feel “stuck” with persistent pain. Her approach focuses on education, reassurance, and practical movement strategies that support long-term independence.
What Taylah treats best:
• Headaches & neck pain (including cervicogenic headaches)
• Acute & chronic back pain
• Postural-related pain
• Sports injuries & rehabilitation
• Movement retraining & exercise-based rehab
A standout part of Taylah’s care is her APPI-trained Clinical Pilates background (mat & equipment), which she integrates into treatment to build strength, improve posture, and restore confidence in movement.
Trained through RMIT Student Health Clinic, Assisi Aged Care, Bundoora Bullants Football Club, and as a sports trainer at Scoresby Football Club.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Taylah doing Pilates, walking her golden retriever Bailey, café hopping for matcha or acai, binge-watching sci-fi, or planning her next adventure.
