WHY YOU SHOULD TREAT YOURSELF TO A FOOT SOAK 👣
Your feet carry a lot of stress and are prone to developing tough, dry areas, corns or bunions or simply feel sore and tired. Treating your feet to a regular foot bath is a great way to give yourself a little pamper, and also an effective way of gently eliminating toxins, de-stressing and rejuvenating your feet as well as your body 🙌.
A foot bath is perfect if you are relatively time-poor, don't enjoy taking baths or don't have a bath tub 🛁. Here's my recipe for happy feet 👣👣
What you will need:
👉A large, deep bowl or container wide enough to fit your feet.
👉Your favourate Mineral Bath Salts.
👉A towel
👉A glass of water.
How to create the perfect foot bath:
1. Fill your bowl / container with enough warm water to cover your feet and ankles.
2. Add 2-4 scoops of our mineral bath salts and give a quick swirl to mix the ingredients.�3. Set up in front of the couch with a good book or TV program and soak your feet for at least 15 to 20 minutes to enjoy the benefits. Soak, relax and enjoy!
4. Take your feet out and pat them dry with your towel.
5. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before, during and after your soak 💧.
