Yesterday’s multitasking win: work meetings while getting my steps in 👟💻

Some days I’m Wonder Woman 💃🏼, other days an “exhausted pigeon” 🐦
Yesterday… somehow both 🫠

Did I feel like showing up for work or myself? Not really.
Did I do it anyway? Yes.
I was inspired by watching our EP Laura casually do this on the regular.

If you’ve made it this far…
I’m teaching Pilates tonight, which means one thing: b***y burn incoming 🤍🍑🔥

We offer pessary fitting for pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence 🌸

If you’ve noticed changes “down there” that don’t feel quite right, whether it’s a heaviness, prolapse symptoms, or bladder leaks, please know there’s nothing to feel embarrassed about. These experiences are far more common than most women realise.

A pessary can be a really helpful, non-surgical option. We’ve seen it give women their confidence back… being able to move more freely, lift their kids, walk without discomfort, and even laugh without worry. 🩷

If this is something you’re navigating, we’re here to help you understand your options.

We use fitting kits to help you find a pessary that feels comfortable and right for your body, so you can feel confident before deciding to purchase. 💕

You can book an initial consultation with our Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Alicia, online:

March is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month 🩵

It’s a time to have honest conversations about cervical screening and prevention, while acknowledging that for many of us women, this can feel uncomfortable or hard to think about.

You might’ve found yourself Googling things like, “Does cervical screening hurt?” or “Do I really need to do this?” If so, you’re definitely not alone.

Cervical screening can feel a little uncomfortable or awkward, but it usually doesn’t cause lasting pain. And it’s important to know that it’s not a test for cancer, it’s a way to check for early cell changes, before they become a bigger issue.

This Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, while we don’t perform the screening ourselves, we want to help take some of the fear out of it. Yes, it can feel a bit uncomfortable, but we’ll share practical ways to help you feel prepared and more at ease. 🩵

Here's what showing up for yourself can look like 🤍

Some days it’s about pushing. Some days it’s about listening.

We do both in our Bump & Beyond class, strong movements, gentle pacing, and a space that feels safe to move and be present. 🌸

January is the perfect time to pause, check in, and really tune in to your body. 🌸

After the busy holidays, your routine has probably shifted, small aches might have popped up, and it’s easy to push your health to the back burner.

A women’s health check-in helps you catch little niggles before they become bigger issues, keep your body moving comfortably, and start the year feeling supported.

And if you’ve got private health cover, January is also a practical time to use it. You can spot changes, sort referrals or authorisations, and avoid delays later.

A little check-in now can make a big difference in how your body feels for the year ahead 🩷

New to Women’s Health Hub? 🤍

If you’ve just found us, or you’ve been following us for a little while, welcome to our community.

We’re a team that genuinely cares about supporting people through all stages of life, whether that’s pregnancy, recovering after birth, managing pain, rehabilitating from injuries, rebuilding strength, or simply wanting to move and feel better in your body.

Our care is guided by three key values: empathy, education, and empowerment. We take the time to listen and understand and we believe in helping you learn about your body and your options, and we focus on supporting you to feel confident and in control of your health.

And while our name focuses on women’s health, we also support men across all of our services too, except, of course, women’s health physio 😉

If you’re exploring ways to look after your health this year, we hope our space feels like one you can trust and a place where you feel supported.

And if or when you’re ready, we’d love to support your health journey in 2026. You’re always welcome to send us a message ✨

Pregnancy can be amazing and also really uncomfortable at times.

Just ask Cate, she’ll be the first to say it can be rough… and still pretty special ✨

If you’ve been dealing with back pain, sore joints, aching feet, or you’re just feeling exhausted by your ever-changing body, you don’t have to just push through it or “put up with it.” The right support really can make a difference.

Elissa, our massage therapist, works with women during pregnancy and after birth. She offers remedial massage, relaxation massage, scar tissue release for C-section scars and dry needling.

Every session starts with an assessment and is always tailored to where your body is at.

If you feel like some relief would help, please book an initial consultation with Elissa.

Here’s to stronger glutes during pregnancy 🌸

Banded Hip Thrusts are a simple way to strengthen your glutes and support your hips, pelvis, and lower back as your body changes during pregnancy.

Here's another Laura-and-Cate video so you can see exactly how it’s done. Start with the band, and if you feel ready, add light dumbbells for a little extra challenge.

Strong glutes help support your pelvis and make moving around a bit easier as your body changes. 🩷

Laura can guide you through a personalised exercise plan tailored for your pregnancy. Book a consultation with her online.
