October is Mental Health Month in Australia, and on 10 October we recognise World Mental Health Day 💚

At Arcare, connection sits at the heart of wellbeing. For many men, speaking openly about mental health can feel difficult. But a shared conversation can ease the weight of silence.

She learnt her culinary skills the traditional Thai way, from her aunt who was a palace cook to the Thai royal family in Bangkok. 🏯

Somi opened her first restaurant in Bangkok and later married an Australian. She then moved to Sydney and her restaurant, 'Somi's', on the beachfront at Manly is considered among the finest Thai restaurants in Sydney. 🏖️
