This week we say a bittersweet farewell to our lovely Speechie, Meg, as she moves to Regional NSW with her family 🥺

We are so grateful for the care, dedication, and connection she has shared with so many families over the years. It has truly been a privilege to have Meg as part of our team and we will miss her SO much! 💗

In the words of one of her sweet clients, “I will miss you but I still love you”

Hello 2026 👋✨

We’re stepping into the new year with very full hearts and lots to look forward to. This year we’re settling into our new home base in Glenbrook 🏠 AND celebrating our Rebecca tying the knot in a few short weeks!! 💍

We also will be saying a bittersweet goodbye to our wonderful Meg in the coming months, as she heads to regional NSW with her family - we’ll miss her so much!! 🤍

Here’s to a year of growth, change, and all the sweet things ahead ✨

✨ Exciting news for 2026! ✨

Our Director, Rebecca Morgan, will be taking over a lovely practice in Glenbrook and merging it with Sweet Talkers, with our new base in the Lower Blue Mountains. We’re thrilled to continue supporting families in the area and expand our services within the local community.

While we’re very excited for this next chapter, it does come with some sadness as we will be finishing up with many of our wonderful Sydney families. We’re incredibly grateful for your trust, support, and the relationships built over the past five years. 💛

We look forward to sharing more updates as we transition into this next chapter, and we hope to stay connected with our Sydney families here on social media! ☺️

🎃🕸️ Happy Halloween from Sweet Talkers! 👻

As you’re out trick-or-treating tonight, keep an eye out for children (and adults!) using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

This might look like:
💬 A child showing words or pictures on an iPad or communication book
👐 Using gestures or signs to say “trick or treat!”
😊 Wearing a badge or card that says “I use AAC to communicate”

Communication comes in many forms - every “trick or treat counts”, no matter how it’s shared! 💜
