I’m back in the studio!

After two weeks of rest from my second heart attack in 13 months, I’m feeling much better and getting stronger every day.

Please keep up with your health checks, especially during pre-menopause and menopause, when your body goes through so many changes. Get your heart checked, stay on top of your cholesterol, and talk to your doctor about whether tests like a CT calcium score and a stress test are right for you.

Don’t ignore symptoms like back pain, burning or tightening in the chest, or tingling in the arms, those were signs of my heart attack. Listening to your body truly matters.

I’m very fortunate and grateful to have no heart damage.

Every year in Australia, around 21,900 women die from cardiovascular disease. 💛

If sharing my story helps just one person get checked or take action, it’s so worth it.
