Joy will be undergoing a planned surgical procedure and will be unable to transcribe work for approximately 4 weeks. [All will be OK]

Any requests received by 12 January will be completed and returned to clients in the week commencing Monday 19 January.

Express orders will be temporarily unavailable.

Our staff will continue to receive requests. Joy will complete transcriptions upon her return and they will be processed in the order they were received.

All other services (England & Wales, Scotland, New Zealand and Victoria) will continue as usual during this time.

We sincerely thank you for your understanding and continued support and will post any progress.

You can still order NSW Transcriptions today and receive them before we close on Friday, 19 December. Express Transcriptions, ordered on Thursday, will be received on Friday.

3 Generation. Away for the October long weekend and time out with three generations reviewing Swedish FamilySearch. Great breakthroughs due to Savannah's experience for 18 months and then a return visit with her mum to Sweden. Next visit will be with Joy. Everyone has their own talents to share.

For more than 12 years, our NSW Transcriptions have been $20.
However, from 1 July 2025, a Full transcription with a one-week turnaround will be $22.
We will continue to offer a 24-hour Express service, Monday through Friday, for $30.
The change to our fees will be on our secure website 1 July 2025.

It's the 6th of January, and we are packing away the Christmas Decorations. We are enjoying the holiday break and will be revamping the office for the New Year. Although the office is closed, in today's world, you can still place orders for any research you are doing over this New Year time.

We have been busy filling your orders. There is still time to place an order. Next Monday, 16 December, is the day for you to order, and we will return your orders before we close on Friday 20th.

Friday afternoon was an eye opener, hearing that supermarkets, airlines, banks, and other businesses were experiencing difficulty operating.

Today, we have been receiving orders.

While the news indicates the computer fault has been rectified, many companies, including the NSW Registry, need to reboot their computer systems. They are planning this tomorrow, Sunday.
