Working from home is becoming the new normal for many people. Working on your laptop at the kitchen bench, at the dining table, on the couch with a cushion under the laptop are all common work from home makeshift office set ups. As these are not specifically designed office spaces it’s not uncommon to find neck pain, back pain and headaches becoming more prevent among those working from home at temporary work stations. Migraine is more prevalent in woman during their reproductive years. Fluctuations of oestrogen during a woman’s monthly cycle can be a trigger for a migraine episode.
