Four years of evolving radiant health:

“I have been using our Blu Pod daily for four years. Here is my experience. Metabolic health is essential to radiant health. I understand I am speaking about body/mind consciousness. However, I believe the body needs to be metabolically healthy in order to become mind/body conscious.

The daily use of the Blu Pod has given me the incentive to explore the meaning of radiant health much deeper. As with all teachings, there are multilevel meanings. Vitamin D protects telomeres!

Results from a large, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial reveal that vitamin D supplementation helps maintain telomeres, protective caps at the ends of chromosomes that shorten during aging and are linked to the development of certain diseases.

The trial involved over 25,000 participants in the USA.

“VITAL is the first large-scale and long-term randomized trial to show that vitamin D supplements protect telomeres and preserve telomere length,” said co-author JoAnn Manson, the principal investigator of VITAL (VITamin D and OmegA-3 TriaL).
