Join Our Team! 🌟 Support Workers Needed – Immediate Start in Bathurst/Orange

Are you compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a real difference in someone’s life? Inspire Inclusion Support Services is looking for dedicated Casual Support Workers to join our team!

We especially welcome applications from male support workers to help provide diverse and balanced support for our participants.

Requirements:
🪪 Valid Driver’s License
🚘 Reliable car with insurance
⛑️ First Aid and CPR
🖥️ NDIS Screening Check
🖥️ Working With Children Check
👩‍⚕️ Minimum 2 years experience
🎓 Cert III in Individual Support, or willingness to work towards it

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Reliable and trustworthy
✔️ Transparent in communication
✔️ Has a good sense of humour
✔️ Excellent interpersonal skills
✔️ Knowledgeable about Duty of Care and Choice & Control
✔️ Experienced in working with complex behaviours

We had the privilege of giving 25 extraordinary young carers a well-deserved break, and you know what we did? We shared an unforgettable experience swimming with dolphins! 🐬🚢
