Too often, Pilates focuses on endurance: high reps, low load, and that familiar burn. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to shift your classes to a strength-focused approach by adjusting just a few key factors, helping your clients build the strength they’ve been asking for. 💪🏻
We’ll move through example strength sets so you can feel the work in your own body first, explore ways to layer exercises, and leave confident and ready to bring these techniques straight into your classes.
