Eloise is officially a qualified matwork Pilates instructor!

The training lead by Studio Pilates was held over 4 days in Melbourne last week. They covered 90+ exercises and stretches with focus on the deep abdominals, pelvic floor, glutes and posterior chain muscles.
‌
Eloise feels passionately about the importance of regular movement for a happy body, and Pilates is her favourite type of exercise for a strong and healthy spine.

We had the pleasure of attending the Australian Chiropractic Association’s Connecting Kids Symposium in Sydney this year. 📚

It was an incredible opportunity to deepen our understanding of the 3rd and 4th trimesters and expand our knowledge in key areas such as:
‌
🌱 Nutritional support during pregnancy and postpartum.
🌱 Exercise modifications during each stage of pregnancy and safe return to exercise programs.
🌱 The importance of the pelvic floor and getting checked postpartum.
🌱 Identifying and addressing the health needs of postnatal families.
‌
We are both so grateful to be part of a profession that continues to prioritise research, education and collaboration in supporting infants, mothers and families during these formative stages of life 💫
