Eloise is officially a qualified matwork Pilates instructor!
The training lead by Studio Pilates was held over 4 days in Melbourne last week. They covered 90+ exercises and stretches with focus on the deep abdominals, pelvic floor, glutes and posterior chain muscles.
Eloise feels passionately about the importance of regular movement for a happy body, and Pilates is her favourite type of exercise for a strong and healthy spine.
