I look forward to sharing my professional knowledge and personal experiences of how I supported myself through a recent pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

- Wanting to know what you should be eating and how much to support your body and a growing baby.
- Feeling overwhelmed by conflicting information.
- Wanting to prevent or manage any nutrient deficiencies (ie: iron, b12, zinc etc).
- Wanting to prevent or manage pregnancy & postpartum related symptoms.
- Not sure which supplements are right for you and wanting access to practitioner grade supplements.
- Don’t feel quite right but have been told all your blood results are “fine”.
- Would like consistent, evidenced based recommendations from a midwife, nutrition consult and mama.
- Wanting to set yourself up for postpartum and minimize postpartum depletion.
