I offer bespoke meditations for beginners through to experienced meditators. Both meditation circles and one on one sessions available on request.

I also run day retreats through the year focusing on relaxation, inspiration, insight, removing obstacles,being 6 sensory beings.

My Reiki sessions integrate many modalities including crystals, frequencies and sound healing.

I have a mindfulness program for schools,addressing each sub-school and development of child from Prep through to year 7.
