I am a registered nurse with over 30 years practical and management experience in the acute public/private hospital environment (predominantly critical care), nursing recruitment sector, and education/training arena. I have worked for 3 years in the acute care home environment, looking after some of Victoria's sickest intensive care patients in their homes. My skills cover a board range of ages from 5 years old to over 90 years of age. I enjoy providing all area of care from supportive care to complex care needs. I am a highly motivated, methodical, approachable, people orientated person. I thrive on challenges, enjoy team dynamics and look for innovative ways to problem solve. I am a country girl at heart, having grown up in Beaufort on a sheep farm. I have lived in the Bellarine area for over 30 years and love all the area has to offer. Regional areas are different, having a real sense of community, the willingness to engage is high and the health service is often central around the overall wellbeing of the area. I believe communication, support, honesty, tenaciousness, established systems and enjoyment all must be present for success in any endeavor. Apart of my service is a meet and great and full assessment of your requirements. I love what I do, so I can't call it work.

Nursing Hours - Rate $110 per hour ( min of 2 hour bookings).
Support Worker Hours - Rates $75 per Hour.
Support workers hours - for NDIS- $67.56 per Hour
Domestic Services from $50 per hour.
