Ditch the diet merry go round try something much simpler and sustainable.

Sometimes it is difficult to know how to respond to hunger.

Often, my clients try to tune out their hunger. Avoid it. Rationalize with it. Ignore it. It's tempting to shoot, shoo or shame your feelings of hunger away.

Remember that hunger is a messenger giving you important clues about what you body needs.

When hunger knocks, open the door. Mindfully listen to what the message is trying to tell you about feeding your hunger.

Ok lets talk “dairy free” yogurts….. if you choose a plant based diet or you need dairy free for health reasons then have you thought about where you will get your calcium and or protein? Many options at the supermarket have no calcium, very poor sources of protein and in the case of coconut yogurt high in saturated fat. I’m pleased to see a new player in the market, fortified with calcium and added favs beans for extra protein. As a general rule look for Calcium >120mg/100g and Protein 5G/100g.
