All our treatments are tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on educating each patient about their condition, so whether you are an elite athlete, keen gardener, teenager or retiree we will provide the best care to suit your needs. We also have Naturopathy services available to help with your overall health and well-being. As the name suggests, at Ocean Grove Osteopathy and Sports Health we have a great interest in all aspects of Sports Health. This involves providing sports specific rehabilitation programs to help return you to the sport or activity that you love more quickly, as well as providing help on improving sports performance through assessment and implementation of strengthening/injury prevention programs.
