I love the diversity and variety of people I treat in my clinic. Naturopathy can help so many conditions because, as a naturopath, I emphasise creating an environment within your body and mind for you to heal and thrive.

I regularly use functional testing to skip the guessing and receive data on the root cause of a condition. For example, the patient in the second slide was surprised to find that high aluminium levels in her body were contributing to her chronic anemia, which was fueling her depression and fatigue.

Following that, I can plan a holistic treatment that may include herbs, or, like the patient on slide 3 dealing with erectile dysfunction, the treatment may emphasise healthier lifestyle choices to treat their condition.

The timeline of results varies depending on many factors. For example, the patient on slide 4, dealing with IBS, found instant relief by taking her prescribed herbs, while the patient on slide 5, with insomnia, had their first full night’s sleep in five years after a few weeks of the treatment.

I am wrapping up my first month back in my online clinic, and I am grateful for the opportunity to assist patients from around Australia with holistic, evidence-based naturopathy.

One patient came to me experiencing long-term fatigue, and after just one consultation, they've reported significant improvements in their energy levels and sleep quality.

Another patient struggled with several food sensitivities, and after following herbal gut pathogen program, they can now tolerate nearly all of the foods they previously couldn't. Seeing their progress and a renewed sense of freedom in their dietary choices is amazing.
