Finding the calm within is not always easy, but it is definitely doable.

It is not possible for life to always go ‘right’ or to be ‘perfect’ (at least not according to the mind 😉). But it is possible for us to always have gratitude. There are a thousand times more things to be thankful for than there are to be resentful for. Yet humanity is in the grips of such deep disconnection that we seem to be largely focused on the deficits. We see so many problems, we are conditioned into objections. And yet creation is as it is... abundantly giving and providing us with the miracle of life every moment.
I too have been faced with extreme events and challenges, but always I can say I have been and am blessed beyond measure. Because I am at one with existence, I see every moment, every event, and every part of creation as the One Being. Herein is the grace to feel and know that all is in its place, all is just so, all is a Divine orchestration... And so my heart and soul overflow with gratitude. Gratitude to all, for all.
