Personal Reflection

Coming back to the space that once filled me with hesitation took more strength than I expected.
But this time, I came with surrender…
ready to feel it all & recover.

With the sauna set to 65°,
I let the heat soften the tension,
as my body shifts & my mind exhales.
This is more than a stretch — it’s an energetic release.♥️

And beside me in the gym class,
a gorgeous soul who has seen my growth,
feels my energy, noted the change
& reminds me of the power in simply showing 💪🏽up.

To women like you … who hold space with words & positive presence … thank you for helping me see myself when I needed it most.♥️🥰
