Rising Strong Counselling and Training Services, was born from the idea that although 'talking' is still the 'go to' for most therapists and trainers, it is not the only way process struggles in life or in business. Rising Strong has the philosophy that processing life change and creating strategy for dealing with these changes, can be sort through the use of adventure therapy, experiential learning, art therapy and the use of talking, of course. These combined in group sessions- training or therapy specific; individual sessions and in some occasions, a camp environment, can allow the client to best gain insight, strategy and the energy and focus for the 'follow through' for permanent change and adjustment/ progress. Rising Strong Counselling and Training Services believes that through vulnerability, growth and resilience is born. There are no winners in being alone in struggle and only stories of hope and recovery in individuals and businesses when they are willing to explore themselves through all aspects of internationally renowned therapeutic methods.
