What you will bring to our organisation:

Cert 3 individual support (disability/aged) minimum

First aid certificate

Manual handling certificate

Working with children's check

NDIS worker screening and national police clearance

NDIS worker orientation module completed

What we expect of you:

Experience in providing personal care to participants, or a willingness to learn

Physical capability

Reliability**

Can do attitude

Exceptional rapport building skills

About us:

We are a disability support company operating from out of the Southern suburbs of Adelaide. We offer support work, mentoring, respite options and weekly group excursions. We have been operating for 3 years now and are starting to see some rapid growth.

We came, we saw, we splattered. The last group excursion was a... Hit! We saw competitive sides of our participants and there were many stories to share on the long trip home. Our group outings are a fantastic way to make new friends and try things you've never had a chance to before! Keep an eye on our socials to see what our next excursion is. Thank you for having us

Just a reminder about our excursion this Sunday, we have only one spot remaining!!! So if you want to be our final participant let us know asap. You do not have to be receiving NDIS funding to access our excursions. If you have nothing on this weekend then what's stopping you from tagging along? 🤘

There were many smiles at our first ever over 18 outing! We started off a little shaky at axe throwing but all of us saw massive improvements thanks to for the session!
Then we ended up grabbing a bite to eat and a drink at where they had live music for us to enjoy!

Everyone had a blast at our excursion! We have the best support workers and mentors, and our participants are a great bunch of people! With such positive feedback received every weekend, what's stopping you from tagging along to our next outing? With the ever increasing interest in our under 18 excursions, and by popular demand for 18+ events, we have decided to start offering outings to over 18s!
Our first outing will see you transform into the Viking you always knew that you were!
Ask about our byo support worker option if you're nervous about your first time.
Our excursions are also now open to anyone; meaning you do not need to be NDIS funded to come out and have a great time, whilst making some awesome connections with people of a similar age. Flick a message or an email through to find out more.

We had lots of fun on our go-karting and st.kilda playground excursion! Thanks to for having us.
We saw the competitive side of our participants on this one for sure. All topped off with a sausage sizzle at the playground. Everyone had a blast.
