Sandwell Council want to hear from you!

Are you aged 55 or over and living in Sandwell?
We’d like your views on the kind of support that can help people stay healthy, active, and independent for longer – and what would make it easier to access this support.
Your answers will help us understand local experiences, identify gaps, and inform the way services are planned and developed.

Have your say by completing our short survey here: https://consultationhub.sandwell.gov.uk/adult-social-care/older-adults-55-services/

Promoting Better Health and Social Care in Sandwell

He give people in Sandwell a voice about their local health and social care services. We can direct people to the right place to support their questions or concerns. Tell them how and where to complain. Talk to local commissioners and providers of services about what the people using their services think and how changes and/or improvements can be made. We are based centrally in Tipton, and visit areas throughout the borough to talk and listen to people. We visit services and talk to patients, residents, staff and family members to find out how well they work. We report our work to local commissioners and nationally to the Department of Health, Care Quality Commission and Healthwatch England.

We work closely with Sandwell Council, Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals and Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG. We also have strong relationships with local groups and organisations that support local people.
