Come on up for a weekend retreat 🌴. We have some spots available this weekend for couples massage or singles. Viki and I are on and Jo does beautiful reiki here as well. My husband has a cottage left for you to stay in at Como Cottage Accommodation

More and more I feel so incredibly lucky to have this beautiful forest as my ‘backyard’. Although I live and work in the village with a nice flat concrete car park out the front with no big trees to fall on my work and house and heaps of sunlight throughout the year, this special spot at the arboretum is only a 10minute walk from Elle Naturale Olinda. I try to get out for a walk in the forest before or after work a few times a week and coming into the better weather it’s almost daily. I spend a fair bit of time off the mountain as well visiting friends in the city so it makes it feel even more special to come home and have that sense of space and greenery not to mention the fresh air.

Lovely new business cards for me! 😊

Every now and again I like to change the design of my business cards and this one is very reflective of the time I had a way recently in France where we visited Monet’s house and garden where the tiles in the kitchen are very much like this design.

I normally like to support my local printers but good old Vista print came through with the goods on a spare of the moment decision.

After work dusk walk 🚶🏻‍♀️
I haven’t had time to go for a walk since I got back from France. So last night after work I went for a dusk walk on the old golf course. Nice brisk air on my arms (yes I even walked enough to take my jumper off in this cold July weather). Embracing being back and having a break from my warm/hot massage room.
School holidays are over so I have more time this week and weekend for anyone wanting a massage or facial etc.
