The Oracle cards are great for just giving you a little bit of direction for Your day or your week or your year which ever you ask for. I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned before that I love running 🏃‍♂️. Especially up here in the hills and surrounds. Last year I joined the Birdsland Parkrun group, so every Saturday at 8am I do a 5km run around the beautiful Birdsland reserve. Most weeks I come 2nd female in my age group but yesterday I came first! I discovered it’s not that I got faster. (It’s just that the lady who normally comes first must’ve had a birthday and popped up to the next age group) 😂.
Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that I understand a runner‘s body and I help sporting people with most of their aches and pains from sport through massage.
So if you’re just starting out and have lactic buildup or if you’re a bit worn out by consistent training, come and have a sports massage with me.

Sometimes I’ve just gotta do some maintenance around the place so I’ve had the hole in the ceiling fixed and I’ve repainted the feature wall. All refreshed for the new year.

I was just over at the yarnery ‘Mountain Ash gift shop’ in Olinda doing a spot of Christmas shopping and I saw this flyer for a craft market in Kalorama this Thursday 4:30-8:30pm.
I believe it’s being held at the post office down there.

Happy Halloween 🎃

On this sacred All Hallows’ Eve, remember that the cauldron was never a tool of darkness, it was a symbol of creation. A sacred vessel, like the womb, where elements are transformed and new life begins.
The witch was the wise woman, the healer, the midwife of magic, tending the flame beneath the cauldron of life.
