✨ Solar Flares & Angelic Upgrades

I am deep in my recovery atm and as much as i am in my bubble nuturing my soul and healing my energy body’s, i needed to share this very exciting energy update with you all.

The energy right now is next-level intense! Over the past week, we’ve had 10+ strong solar flares, and they’re still rolling in. These flares carry powerful solar winds that can feel like waves of light upgrades.

Let me tell you i have felt all of them.

⚠️IMPORTANT UPDATE
Hello my beautiful Souls,

I wanted to share a quick personal update with you all, as I always value honesty and connection in this space.

As you have seen over the coming months I have been at times a little
distant, please know this has not been by choice.

Following some recent health checks by my specialist team, I’ve been advised that my gallbladder is not longer playing nice and unfortunately needs to be removed.
(Insert I do not he time for this in my life lol 😆 ) running 2 business, a house hold and children with 9 therapists and Drs this Mumma and mentor can't be out of action !!

Now im being told I’ll be having surgery in the coming weeks, and yes i have very choice words with spirit and my body lol 😂.

In the meantime, everything continues as usual sessions, teaching, and healing. I’m simply being intentional with my time and energy, ensuring I stay grounded, present, and aligned in the work I do.

I am taking it day by day at this time until my surgery as some days are better then others.

If there’s ever a small delay in my response, please know it’s just me moving mindfully and prioritising quality care for both myself and my clients.

Thank you for your continued support and trust it truly means the world.
And i will continue to keep you posted.

Let’s clear something up…
You’re not too sensitive for wanting to protect your energy.

It’s boundaries. It’s awareness. It’s energetic hygiene.

Here are 3 ways you can shield your energy today 👇 yourself...

Look at yourself in the mirror and say:
✨ “Only love may enter. All else must return to sender.”
Say it with conviction. Say it until your field feels it.

Okay… I’m going to talk about the stuff no one wants to talk about.
This isn’t fluffy. It’s not rainbows, unicorns, or spiritual bypassing.
It’s real.
It’s raw.
And it needs to be talked about.

⚡️Triggers Aren’t the Problem—They’re the Portal⚡️

You know that moment when something small hits you hard? That intense emotion, that rush of anger, sadness, or shame?

💥 That’s a trigger.
But here’s the truth:
Triggers don’t come to break you. They come to wake you.

They reveal what still needs healing. They show you the wound, not to shame you but to set you free. 🙌

✨ A trigger is simply a spotlight on an unhealed part of you.
✨ It’s your soul saying, “Hey, this hurts. Can we finally deal with it?”

The next time you feel yourself reacting, take a breath.
Ask:
🔹 What is this really about?
🔹 What part of me still feels unsafe or unseen?
🔹 Can I choose to respond instead of react?
