Dr Kym (Chiropractor) has returned from maternity leave and the Vibrant Chiropractic rooms are officially glowing a little brighter again 💛

🚨 MID BACK STIFF? THIS 10 SECOND TRICK MIGHT SURPRISE YOU.
Most people try to stretch their neck.
Others try to crack their lower back.
But the real problem often sits right in the middle of the spine 👀
That tight, locked feeling between the shoulder blades?
That is your mid back not moving properly.
When that area gets stiff, the neck and lower back often start working overtime to compensate. That is when tension builds, nerves get irritated and pain begins to travel.
