Umbrella Disability Services was established in 2018 by four Disability Support Workers with a passion for quality support and care who had become exceedingly frustrated with the general organisation practices. Before Umbrella Disability Services, the directors had worked with a range of organisations (small, medium and large). We have seen first-hand and learned the difficulties these organisatio

n faced on a daily basis. We are inclusive in our service delivery and relationship-based approach to all participants (people with disability, young people and children in Out Of Home Care, their families and communities) across all locations in NSW and VIC.
